The Legendary Hangzhou Adventure
February 6, 2009
It was like an "Amazing Race" for us. We were supposed to take a cab to take us to terminal but for some reason, there wasn't any available cab in sight. EPIC FAIL. So we had no choice but to walk no screw that, we had to run across town to catch the train, we were running behind schedule and had to rush through. Meron naman mga buses but we don't know the exact route. It's not always been easy to communicate with the Chinese as most of them didn't speak in English.
It was difficult, and God I'm damn TIRED. My feet hurts from walking all day. I thought I'm gonna pass out any minute but surprisingly, my stamina lasted throughout the walk/run kahit payatot ako!hehe It was gtting dark and I was sooo worried that we might get stranded in the middle of the lake. Scary! Good thing, F knows how to navigate the map. Thank God hindi kami nawala! After hours of walking and running and praying finally, we saw a cab kala namin malapit na kami kase parang ang lapit sa map pag tinignan mo pero malayo pa pala. We arrived 5 minutes before boarding time. Whew! A long walk to remember :)
